Chelsea Bay Playground

Playground with a nice view of the city and harbour bridge. There are three picnic tables under the shade of trees but not much else shade. It needs a shade sail, especially with a metal slide and solid plastic circular swing which both get very hot in the sun. Sugar Cafe at Chelsea Sugar Works is in front of the playground with toilets, but anyone can use the playground because it's in a public area.
