Needs a bit of TLC and also known to have rubbish amongst the bark. But gets nice late afternoon sun and generally quiet

Often messy (overflowing rubbish bin, beer cans, pizza boxes). The equipment is reasonable though, and there is also a lot of green space for the kids to run around. The local kids are often there unaccompanied - they're very friendly but be aware that you will find it difficult to give your own child one - on - one attention, as they will interrupt and are often desperate for interaction with adults.
