Manuka Reserve Playground

A very neat playground for older kids. It didn't suit my 4 and 1 year old. Probably will appreciate it more when they're older and can do the track. The playground ground itself is covered in bark so difficult for little ones who aren't walking yet. Basketball court also available which on a quiet day made for excellent scootering.

Recently redeveloped playground with lots of climbing options for bigger kids. There's a cool music box underneath the fort that plays music when you turn the handle. There's a swing, baby swing and net swing, and a metal slide. There's also a half basketball court and some steps going down to the water's edge. It's at the end of the road with carparking and there are also bush walking tracks going in two different directions from here.

so much fun here. large climbing frame for bigger kids. smaller forts and slides for smaller kids. some shade. picnic tables and toilet.
