Western Springs Lakeside Park

Great playground that has been renovated with big tube slides, swings and climbing apparatuses for older and younger kids. There’s shade sails over some parts of the playground. There’s seating and toilets and there’s a kiosk selling coffee, hot food and icecream that backs on to the zoo. There’s also a nice flat walk around the lake suitable for bikes and scooters.
